There were no special tools involved, just a lot of Photoshop work and hand coded XHTML and CSS. It took two of us about two weeks to hammer it out, but now that we have the templates, future issues should go up much quicker. And hopefully we'll be adding much more video and audio content soon.

Might be a good "excuse" for me to come back to Florida :) But honestly, part of the system will solve your "homegrown" application system as well as provide the decision status online David told me he was looking for.
