Coming soon: the next generation of email/chat/event

By now you've heard about our SRM suite coming this Spring (spring is officially over around mid-June, so we're still on track :) But what about our traditional tools like email, chat and event?

If you are using our email, chat or event tools now, our plan is to move all of you over to the new platform that the SRM is based on over the next two years. Unless you sign up for the SRM suite, you won't get all of the CRM goodness that comes with it, but you will get a great deal more capabilities than you have now with eXpress. Here's a sneak peek:

- up to 10 users per account included (additional users may be purchased)
- each user has individual permissions (record or field level settings)
- each user can customize their screen views of information
- shared calendars and tasks across account users
- thousands of possible fields in the account database (10,000 to be exact)
- multiple field types including: boolean, number, text, picklist, date, currency, phone, email, URL, image, formula and summary
- Google Docs integration
- campaign management - ability to setup campaigns with multiple email broadcasts
- trigger automatic email broadcasts within a campaign
- real-time campaign aggregate intelligence reports
- multiple HTML template styles (e.g. freeform, formal, promotional, newsletter, etc.)
- merge almost any field into broadcast messages
- create and save queries of database records
- create, edit and copy email campaigns and broadcasts
- organize email templates into folders
- email templates with other users or keep private to user
- flexible reporting - create your own email campaign reports

And that's just the beginning. Stay posted here and in your inbox for more details as we begin to port over clients to the new platform. If you have any questions or suggestions, as always, post them here!
