What effect (if any) will the new integration of Google Apps into Salesforce.com have on the TargetX SRM?

Good question! We think this is awesome because it brings some of the amazing capabilities that the Google Apps provides and integrates them into the SRM. Initially they have integrated the Google Docs, GMail, and GTalk. But we predict that will expand in the future to other apps. The nice thing about this type of platform (multi-tenant) - as they add more integration functionality, everyone will get it automatically!
